- Order the free DNS module if you don't have it yet.
- Go to the DNS service "Free DNS Management" in your customer environment.
- You will now see a list of all the domains in your account. Click on "Manage" to manage the DNS records for your desired domain.
- Make your DNS changes and save whenever you are done.
Note that by default these DNS zones are not active. You must direct your domain to our DNS-only nameservers. If you haven't done this please proceed with the steps below.
- Go to My Domains and select your desired domain, then click on "Nameservers".
- On the nameserver page, select "Use own nameservers" and fill in the following nameservers:
ns1.sonichost.cloud
ns2.sonichost.cloud
ns3.sonichost.cloud
ns4.sonichost.cloud
- Save the changes.
- Within 24 hours (often faster) your nameservers will be picked up by DNS servers worldwide. Until then, your DNS records will not work.
